Do not pick at your nails, enhancements, polish or cuticles. *Use a pencil to dial the phone*Use the pads of your fingers when typing *Use a tool to open soda cans *Wear your enhancements at a workable length, the free edge should not be longer than your nail bed.*Use "Solar Oil" cuticle and nail oil twice a day to prevent enhancements from lifting and breaking, natural nails from breaking and shellac polish from peeling, or cracking, hangnails, dry cuticles, and free edge peeling. *Wear gloves when cleaning, and gardening. *Do not do anything that would put upwards pressure on the tips of your nails *Please do not be late or “No Show.” Your appointment time is scheduled specifically for you, if you are late I may not be able to the complete the service that is scheduled, but you will be charged for the service scheduled. It is not fair for the client coming in after you to have to wait, if you were late. *Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to the start of your service to park/come in, use the restroom, get a beverage, pick out your polish and or get undressed prior to a facial or an Aroma Touch. The appointment time we scheduled is the time your service begins whether you are here or not. I will not extend the time due to you being late.You will receive what I have time for but will be charged for the service booked. After 15 minutes late you are considered a no show and will be charged accordingly. If you “No Show” on me then you will have to pay for the missed appointment and pre pay for the next appointment before you will be re-scheduled. *If you down grade your service without a 24 hour notice you will have to pay for the service that was scheduled. I schedule according to how long the serviceor services take therefore if I do less, and only charge for what I do, I’m loosing money and I end up with time on my hands I could have gotten another client in. *If you are sick, especially sick enough to stay home from work, please reschedule your nail appointment. Even if you have to call me at the last minute, as you are coming down with something. I completely understand and will appreciate it more than you know. When I do your nails, I am sharing your breathing space for an hour or two. We sit only a couple of feet apart. I am touching your hands the entire time. If you are sick there's a pretty good chance I'm going to get whatever you've got. If I'm working on your hands, there is no opportunity for you to blow your nose. Imagine how miserable that's going to feel for you.
So I'll make you a deal. I'll do my best to protect my health so that I don't have to reschedule your appointment. If you are sick, please reschedule yours. My husband, my other clients and I will be very grateful.
