Welcome! I’m Joyce Donnell, owner and sole practitioner of Pampered Touch Wellness Nail & Foot Care.

I have been a Licensed Cosmetologist since 1984, giving me more than 40 years of experience in the beauty and nail-care industry. Over the years, my passion has grown beyond simply making nails look beautiful. I believe professional nail and foot care should also focus on health, safety, comfort and preserving the integrity of the natural nail and skin.

That philosophy led me to pursue advanced education in nail and foot care and to create a private studio where clients can receive personalized attention in a clean, quiet and relaxing environment.

More Than a Typical Nail Salon

Pampered Touch is especially suited for clients who appreciate a more individualized approach to their nail and foot care, including mature adults and those whose nails and feet may require additional time and attention.

My services include waterless wellness pedicures, thick toenail reduction and maintenance, callus care, IBX nail-strengthening treatments, toenail reconstruction, manicures and other specialized nail and foot-care services.

My goal is never to rush you through an appointment. I want you to feel comfortable, cared for and confident in the service you receive.

Cleanliness Is a Priority

Your health and safety are extremely important to me.

Reusable metal implements are thoroughly cleaned and processed using professional disinfection and autoclave sterilization, while appropriate single-use items are discarded after each client.

My waterless pedicure approach also eliminates the need for shared pedicure tubs while allowing me to provide detailed, individualized foot care.

A Private, One-on-One Experience

Pampered Touch isn't a busy, crowded salon.

Appointments are scheduled one client at a time, allowing me to focus completely on you and your individual nail and foot-care needs.
