Pampered Touch is a private, one-on-one studio. All services are by appointment only to ensure each client receives focused, uninterrupted care.
Scheduling & Time Respect
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Please arrive on time
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require shortening or rescheduling your service.
Full service price still applies.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Your appointment time is valuable—and so is mine.
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee (50%).
No-shows may be charged 100% of the service and may require prepayment for future bookings.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted forms: Cash, Card, or approved digital payment.
Pricing reflects advanced training, sanitation standards, and one-on-one care.
Service Guarantee
I take great pride in my work and want you to be satisfied.
If you experience an issue with your service, please notify me within 48 hours.
Adjustments will be made at my discretion.
Health & Safety

Please inform me of any medical conditions, medications, or concerns prior to your service.
Services may be modified or declined if conditions are outside my scope of practice.
I specialize in safe, hygienic care, including clients with diabetes and other health considerations.
Sanitation Standards
Pampered Touch follows strict sanitation protocols:
All metal implements are cleaned, disinfected, and autoclave sterilized
Single-use items are disposed of after each client
Foot care services are performed using safe, hygienic methods
Children & Guests
To maintain a calm, safe, and professional environment:
No extra guests or children unless being serviced
This ensures safety, focus, and relaxation for all clients
Product & Service Boundaries
I use professional, high-quality products selected for safety and performance
I do not work over certain conditions or products that may compromise nail health
All services are performed with a wellness-first approach, not rushed or assembly-line style
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for:
Unsafe conditions
Repeated late arrivals or no-shows
Behavior that does not respect the studio environment
